We are quick to trust and often get screwed, designers and developers alike. A lot of times we go out of our way to please the client and tend to overlook basic procedures. I know I do. I also think by having set rules and legal documents only make us look good. People we do business with know we are established, business oriented, and take what we do very seriously.
